What is XOHA?

XOHA is an online store owned by XOHA Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd selling makeup and skincare products to beauties all over the world. XOHA is a Pak-China joint venture and is working in various countries around the globe through distributors.

What does XOHA stand for?

XOHA name is literally inspired by the first alphabets of its four founding members. The word XOHA literally means “light” in Arabic. Through this platform our team aims at spreading this light around the globe.

Our slogan is “Your Lifestyle Retreat”. Our Vision is to expand into all lifestyle series within the next three years.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Sure is! We don’t handle any credit cards payments directly nor do we store any credit card information on our site. This is handled by payment processor; EasyPay (Pakistan). You can find out more about them here: https://www.easypaisa.com.pk/easypay/onlinepayments

When will my order be shipped?

We try our hardest to dispatch items on the same day as order placed however generally it will be dispatched within 24hrs.

How long will it take till I receive my package?

Once your order has been dispatched your order will usually arrive within 5-7 working days.

How can I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number by our logistics partner which can be used on their website to track the order.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

Not to worry, we are here to help! Please email us at info@xoha.com.pk with your full name and order number (found on your email confirmation). We use Trax Logistics for our national shipping and they are pretty quick with finding our parcels so we are sure it’s not far away.

I got my order but it is incomplete/damaged. What do I do?

We try our best to ensure your products arrive safely to you however damaged items can occasionally (however rarely) occur. Please email us at info@xoha.com.pk with a photo of your damaged item. Don’t forget to include to your full name and invoice number. We will then be in touch with a solution ASAP.
NOTE: ORDERS WILL ONLY BE REPLACED IF COMPLAINT IS FILED WITHIN 14 DAYS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE CHAT OR EMAIL OTHERWISE COMPANY HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY TO REPLACE.

Can I return my order?

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchange or returns on non-faulty items so please choose carefully.

I have entered the wrong mailing address. What to do now?

As long as we have not dispatched your order this can easily be changed. Simply email us at info@xoha.com.pk with your invoice number, wrong mailing address and new mailing address and we will change this ASAP.

How do I know that I am buying the right product?

Detailed information about the products and their pictures can be seen on the product page. Please read through the detail clearly before placing an order.
